Here's a look at what we're expecting in our winter outlook. MONDAY NIGHT: Rain ending followed by clearing. Sun will dominate everyday through Christmas. River flooding will remain a problem through the day. Tuesday will feature a welcome return to brighter skies and a good day for clean up.
